John Irving Please verify accommodation before sending payment. Payment Terms: 25% non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. If reservations are made less than 30 days prior to arrival, they will be confirmed upon receipt of full payment. In addition, a $20.00 refundable key deposit is required in Montego Bay due to the high cost of replacing keys. In the event of cancellation, only 75% of the full amount will be refunded if we are able to re-rent the same space for the same period of time for which the reservation was cancelled.
